LOST Graphics provides custom digital graphic design services for athletes, including commitment edits, posters, and custom athlete graphics. All designs are delivered digitally via email.
Submitting an order request does not constitute a binding purchase. After submitting your request, you will receive a personalized invoice via email. Work begins only after payment is completed in full.
Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days from the time payment is received. Expedited options (24hr or 6–12hr) are available for an additional fee. Times are estimates and may vary.
Revisions are available depending on package selected. Additional major changes beyond the included revisions may incur a small fee. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are only issued if LOST Graphics is unable to complete your design. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued. If unsatisfied, we will work with you to make revisions within the included count.
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission from the copyright holder. LOST Graphics is not responsible for copyright infringement from customer-provided photos.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the completed graphic for personal social media and promotional purposes. LOST Graphics retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the Remove Brand Stamp add-on is purchased.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent from LOST Graphics.
LOST Graphics' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
LOST Graphics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
